The Board Staff develop and deliver the NRM projects of the regional NRM boards and are assigned to work with NRM groups in the implementation of the regional NRM plan.

- community capacity building and educational programs
- providing expertise in specific fields
- facilitating and implementing on-ground works
- compliance
